Chelsea FC has claimed its first-ever UEFA Conference League title with a commanding 4– 1 comeback victory over Real Betis in the 2025 final, held at Stadion Wrocław in Poland.
The match began with a surprise as Abde Ezzalzouli gave Betis an early lead in the 9th minute, sending shockwaves through the Chelsea camp. However, the Blues mounted an impressive second-half comeback, beginning with Enzo Fernández’s equalizer in the 65th minute.
Goals from Nicolas Jackson, Jadon Sancho, and Moisés Caicedo followed, completing a remarkable turnaround. Cole Palmer was instrumental in the comeback, delivering two key assists and orchestrating Chelsea’s attacking momentum.
The victory not only marks Chelsea’s first Conference League title but also cements their place in history as one of the few clubs to win all five major UEFA trophies — the Champions League, Europa League, Cup Winners’ Cup, Super Cup, and now the Conference League.
With this triumph, Chelsea have also secured qualification for the 2025/26 UEFA Champions League, capping off a memorable European campaign under their current manager.
