Fivio Foreign Pleads Guilty to Terroristic Threats After New Year’s Gun Incident in New Jersey

Rapper Fivio Foreign is facing serious legal consequences after pleading guilty to third-degree terroristic threats related to a New Year’s Day parking dispute in Edgewater, New Jersey.

The Brooklyn rapper, who has been in custody since January, allegedly pulled a gun on a woman who had asked for assistance with her vehicle.

According to reports, Fivio issued chilling threats during the encounter, an incident captured on surveillance footage, which quickly led to his arrest.

As part of a plea deal, firearm possession and aggravated assault charges were dropped.

His attorney, Adam Lustberg, told TMZ that Fivio may walk free in August with probation and time served.

Still Making Noise From Behind Bars

Despite his incarceration, Fivio has managed to keep his name in the headlines. He recently:

  • Dropped a diss track reigniting his feud with PlaqueBoyMax

  • Called out streamer Kai Cenat

  • Released a surprise genre-mixing single, Get Out The Way, featuring rising country artist Caldwell

His August sentencing could mark a turning point — both in his legal battle and music career.
