Rapper Fivio Foreign is facing serious legal consequences after pleading guilty to third-degree terroristic threats related to a New Year’s Day parking dispute in Edgewater, New Jersey.
The Brooklyn rapper, who has been in custody since January, allegedly pulled a gun on a woman who had asked for assistance with her vehicle.
According to reports, Fivio issued chilling threats during the encounter, an incident captured on surveillance footage, which quickly led to his arrest.
As part of a plea deal, firearm possession and aggravated assault charges were dropped.
His attorney, Adam Lustberg, told TMZ that Fivio may walk free in August with probation and time served.
