Napoli manager, Antonio Conte, has confirmed that he will stay with the club despite rumors of a possible return to Juventus.
After winning the Serie A title this season, there were speculations that the coach was considering leaving Napoli.
However, club president Aurelio De Laurentiis has announced that they have reached an agreement for Conte to continue as manager.
De Laurentiis reassured him that Napoli’s ambitions align with his own and they have discussed plans to strengthen the squad for the upcoming season.
The coach is particularly interested in signing a new attacker, with Victor Osimhen expected to leave permanently.
Napoli has been linked with Jonathan David and Rasmus Hojlund as potential signings.
Conte emphasized his loyalty to Napoli during the meeting and confirmed that he has not spoken with any other teams.
