May Yul-Edochie has taken legal action against Emeka Ugwuonye and Judith Theisen, accusing them of defamation and reputational harm.
In separate letters issued by her lawyers, both parties were ordered to immediately stop publishing damaging content, remove all existing posts, issue public apologies, and retract their statements across every platform where they appeared.
Queen May is also seeking N1 billion in damages from Ugwuonye and N500 million from Theisen.
The notice to Ugwuonye accused him of mishandling confidential information from their previous professional relationship and using privileged details in ways that allegedly worked against her.
Her lawyers described his conduct as a breach of trust and professional ethics, which intensified the damage to her reputation.
Meanwhile, the letter to Theisen alleged that she amplified negative narratives about Queen May on social media and encouraged others to spread them, further worsening the harm.
Both notices gave the recipients 48 hours to comply, warning that failure to do so would force Queen May to pursue civil and criminal action to safeguard her rights and reputation.
