Bruno Fernandes, in a pre-match interview session for Portugal, has directly responded to reports of a possible move to the Saudi Pro-League.
Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has reaffirmed his commitment to the club, shutting down recent speculation linking him with a potential move to Saudi Saui Pro-League. Speaking about his future, the Portuguese midfielder made it clear that he remains fully focused on life at Old Trafford and has no intention of leaving.
“I’m happy here. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have stayed… I like to enjoy the moment,” Fernandes stated confidently, emphasising his satisfaction with his current role at Manchester United. When asked about rumours of a possible move to the Saudi Pro League, he dismissed the idea outright, saying, “Saudi move? That’s an impossible scenario to imagine, because it’s nothing that’s been discussed with me anymore.”
Fernandes, who joined the Premier League side, Manchester United in January 2020, has been a central figure for the club both on and off the pitch. His leadership and consistency have made him one of the Premier League’s standout performers, even during periods of team instability.
His comments come amid continued uncertainty surrounding several senior players’ futures and the club’s ongoing rebuild under Rúben Amorim. For Fernandes, however, the focus remains clear, helping Manchester United return to their competitive best while enjoying every moment of his time at the club.
