Nigerian rapper Erhiga Agarivbie, better known as Erigga, has declared that he has no plans to ever quit music, saying his commitment to the craft is driven purely by passion, not financial reward.
Speaking in an interview with Hip TV, the Warri-born rapper explained that while many artists leave the industry each year due to personal or financial struggles, he remains steadfast because music is his life.
“Every year, people leave music for real-life issues. But I can’t stop. Music is life. It’s what keeps me going,” Erigga said.
“Take the business and everything out of it — it’s more of a passion. I can’t disappoint my fans.”
Erigga, who is known for his street-inspired rap style and candid storytelling, has built a loyal fan base over the years. His remarks highlight his enduring dedication to music beyond fam or profit.
