A Chief Magistrate Court sitting in Abuja has summoned Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, over allegations of criminal intimidation against Olayinka Osagie Onobun, the Head of A&R at Chocolate City Music.
In a court summons dated November 3, 2025, Chief Magistrate Farida Ibrahim directed Odumodublvck to appear before the court on November 6 to respond to charges filed by Onobun, who accused the rapper of using threatening posts on X (formerly Twitter) to intimidate him.
The development comes just days after the rapper made a cryptic post seemingly directed at Onobun, writing:
“.@youcancallmeTEN
UNTIL YOU DO WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO DO YOU WILL NEVER KNOW PEACE MY GUY.
YOUR RECORD LABEL CAN CONTINUE TO THEEAD ON THE LINE OF OBLIVION AS THEY USE YOU AS AN INSTRUMENT OF EVIL THE WAY AQ USED YOUR FRIEND.
DO NOT LET EGO KILL YOU.
BE WISE.”
Onobun’s legal counsel, Pelumi Olajengbesi, urged the court to investigate and prosecute the rapper, arguing that his social media post constituted an offense under Sections 396 and 397 of the Penal Code Act, which prohibit acts of criminal intimidation.
The case adds to recent tensions between Odumodublvck and members of Chocolate City, following his earlier online spat with Blaqbonez’s manager, Morin Oluwatobi.
As of the time of filing this report, Odumodublvck has not publicly commented on the court summons or the allegations.
